EXCHANGE AND REFUND

According to the Law on Consumer Rights Protection, in the case of remote purchase, the exchange of goods is carried out through the return procedure.

RETURN OF GOODS

The return of goods of proper quality, if they are not suitable in size, colour, style or any other reason, is made on the basis of an application for return, which must be submitted within 14 days from the date of purchase of the goods, not counting the day of purchase.

When returning goods of proper quality, only the cost of the goods will be refunded. The cost of delivery as well as the cost of return shipping will not be compensated.

You have no right to refuse goods of proper quality having individually defined properties, if the said goods can be used exclusively by the consumer who acquires them.

RETURN POLICY

Return of goods of proper quality is possible provided:

  • preservation of its consumer properties and trade dress (no traces of use and wear, original and undamaged packaging and labels);
  • availability of a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of goods (cash voucher or sales receipt)*.

RETURN OF GOODS OF INADEQUATE QUALITY

A defective product means a product that is not capable of providing its functional qualities due to a defect. The return of goods of improper quality is made on the basis of a return application, which must be submitted within the warranty period of the goods.

In case of returning the goods of improper quality, the full cost of the goods, delivery and return shipping (if it was made at the expense of the customer) will be refunded.

For partial returns, shipping and return shipping costs are not refundable.

RETURN POLICY

The return of goods of improper quality is possible provided that the document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the said goods (cash voucher or sales receipt)* is kept.

For technical reasons, the return of goods is possible not earlier than 3 (three) days from the date of purchase of the goods.

To make a return, please contact us by e-mail. It is necessary to attach the sales receipt*, cash voucher* and passport.

Refunds are in the same form in which payment was made.

If the order was paid for by bank transfer, you can also receive the money for the goods only by bank transfer: the money is returned to the current account or bank card from which the payment was made. The term of crediting the money to the account depends on the internal regulations of the receiving bank. The approximate term is 3-5 banking days.

Calling a courier

General rules:

  • Together with the returned goods you must give the courier the original of the completed application for return, which will be sent to your e-mail address upon request.
  • In order to send the returned goods via courier company, we recommend that you pack the goods in such a way as to ensure their safety during transport. Please keep the individual factory packaging of the goods and the general packaging of the parcel.

Refunds are given for cash payment of the order:

  • in cash (for customers paying in euros, upon pick-up in Helsinki);
  • to the client's personal account. The details of your bank account and bank must be specified in the application for refund.

The following documents are required for cash refunds:

  • an identity document (passport/citizen's passport, temporary citizen's identity card issued for the period of passport processing);
  • cashier's cheque*.

Russian Post

Currently, goods purchased in our online shop cannot be returned via Russian Post.

REFUND TERMS

The period of refund is not more than 10 days from the date of receipt of the returned goods in the online shop together with the completed application for refund. Following the results of the examination of the goods, a decision on refund or non-refund is made.

* The absence of a cash or sales receipt or any other document certifying the fact and conditions of purchase of the goods is not a reason to refuse to satisfy claims for the return of goods. However, we reserve the right to verify the fact of purchase of goods in our online shop. In the absence of these documents, please contact the online shop before returning the goods.
